  • You do not have to memorize and store several passwords, codes for each utility provider.
  • The application interface is clear and simple so anyone can use it with ease.
  • You can administer anyone else’s meter(s), so you can help your elder relatives or tenants in reporting.
  • Notifications are sent to you directly from the app, so you won’t forget reporting in time any more.
  • All basic functions are free of charge (reporting, in-app statistics).
  • If you do not like commercials and would like to use some more convenience functions like notifications, peak value alarms and downloadable statistics data, you can purchase the PRO version for a small amount from Google Play or AppStore. PRO version licence remains yours even if you change device.

It can happen any time, don’t worry. If you reinstall the app, use your original email/PIN code pair to login and all your data, registered meters and messages will be there. There is no need to register again.

Yes, feel free. If you use the same email/PIN code pair, you data will be found on both your devices.

  • First of all you have to register yourself in the application with an email address and a unique PIN code. Later you can launch the application by this PIN code only, and you don’t need more passwords to report a meter.
  • Then you have to register all your meters you want to report through the application. Required data may differ by providers, so please have the latest invoice letter in hand with all attachments as you may need some data from them as well.

  • It is a security measure to avoid unauthorized or illegal access to your personal data.
  • We are not 100% sure but we work hard to persuade more and more utility providers to join the service as soon as possible. If you do not find your provider in the drop-down menu, do not lose your heart, subscribe our newsletter where we continuously inform you about newly joined providers. We know that this service is useful for all players on the market and we believe that we will be able to satisfy your demands soon.
  • The application can be used with one provider only and we are working hard to expand the number of providers as soon as possible. We kindly ask you to be patient, and subsrcibe our newsletter to receive information about new providers joining the service.
  • We send you an email to your registered mailbox with all the data of the report and the status, and you can also see it in the application on the emoticons.
  • All your data is forwarded to your utility provider where they are processed as normal and you are sent the utility chaque as before.
  • This function will be implemented in a later release, but we handle it as high priority feature.
  • You can see statistics about your reports that can be downloaded and shared.
  • You can receive in-app notifications about your reporting duty. You can custom tailor these notifications.
  • You can receive notices and messages from your providers on demand (this function can be switched off).
  • You can register more meters and more locations, so you can help your relatives, tenants in reporting process.
  • You can download it from Google Play or AppStore (look for the name ‘ennyi’). The application will automatically installed to your phone and can be used immediately after registration.
  • To be able to use the application you need a valid email address and a unique PIN code. Later it is enough to use this PIN code to identify yourself and you do not need any other data. Your email address is required for security check and further communication, so please use one that you frequently check.
  • To enroll a meter, you must give the data required by the utility provider (once only). These fields will be seen clearly when you register a meter. It is important that these data may differ from provider to provider.
  • Your data is used strictly and only for internal communication with your utility provider. They will not be forwarded or handed over to any third party. Our Privacy and Data Management Statement can be read when installing the application, and can be downloaded for further reference from our website.
  • Ask them courageously. You can reach us directly from the app, or on our website. We are happy with all questions or comments as they help us make the application even more convenient and friendly.
